WellCAD 6.0 is now available, bringing a major update featuring a brand-new Geomechanics module, along with powerful enhancements designed to streamline your workflows and enhance your overall experience.
This release introduces our most significant expansion yet with the launch of the new Geomechanics module, marking ALT’s entry into the geomechanics domain. Also included are new visualisation tools, enhanced automation capabilities, and improvements across core modules for a smoother user experience.

WellCAD 5.8
WellCAD 5.8 (build 905) remains available for download. This release introduced significant enhancements including fracture topology analysis with node-type identification, full HeadCAD integration within the Header Editor, and expanded chart capabilities with pie charts and enhanced Rose diagrams.
Additional features include improved S-wave picking algorithms, shear wave velocity estimation methods, and enhanced Depth Matcher operations with undo/redo functionality.
